BDH1, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 318 amino acids (47-343) and having a molecular mass of 35.3 kDa. BDH1 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: The BDH1 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 30% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 0.1mM PMSF.
