DECR2, produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 315 amino acids (1-292) and having a molecular mass of 33.2 kDa. DECR2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Peroxisomal 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase, pDCR, 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase 2, DECR2, PDCR, SDR17C1.
Formulation: The DECR2 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 40% glycerol, 0.15M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
