Recombinant human ULBP1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 200 amino acids (26-216) and having a molecular mass of 23.4 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 20-40 kDa). ULBP1 is fused to a 6 amino acid IgG His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
