Recombinant human ULBP1 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (26-216) and having a molecular mass of 25.0 kDa. ULBP1 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Formulation: The ULBP1 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1 mM DTT, 150 mM NaCl and 30% glycerol.
