Recombinant human TACI fused with a 23 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 188 amino acids (1- 165 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 20.9 kDa. The TACI is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
