Recombinant human RBP1 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (1-197 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7 kDa. RBP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Retinol binding protein 1 cellular, CRBP, CRBP1, CRABP-I, RBPC.
Formulation: RBP1 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 200 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
