Recombinant human PECAM1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 582 amino acids (28-601 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 65.5 kDa (Migrates at 70-100 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). PECAM1 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
