Recombinant human OSM produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids (26-234) and having a molecular mass of 25.9 kDa. The OSM is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: OSM protein (0.5 mg/ml) is supplied in 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8, 1 mM DTT and 20% Glycerol.
