Recombinant human MANF produced in
E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 183 amino acids (25-182) and having a molecular mass of 20.8 kDa. MANF is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: MesencepH alic astrocyte-derived Neurotrophic factor, Protein ARMET, ARP, arginine-rich mutated in early stage tumors, Arginine-rich protein.
Formulation: The MANF solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
