Recombinant human MIF produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 345 amino acids (1-115 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 39.2 kDa. MIF is fused to a 230 amino acid GST-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
