Recombinant human IL-9 Human produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 132 amino acids (19-144 aa) and having a molecular mass of 14.9 kDa. IL-9 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
