Recombinant human IL7R produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 461 amino acids (21-239 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 52.5 kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70 kDa). IL7R is expressed with an 242 amino acid hIgG-His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
