Recombinant human IL-6 produced in
E. coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 204 amino acids fragment (30-212) and having a total molecular mass of 23.1 kDa with a 20 aa N-terminal His-Tag. The IL-6 His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
