Uniprot ACC number: Q9NZH7
Transportation method: Shipped at room temperature.
Stability: Lyophilized IL36B Human although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL36B should be stored at +4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA to bind recombinant human IL-1 Rrp2 Fc Chimera.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL36B in sterile 18MΩ-cm H
2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
