Recombinant human IL34 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 231 amino acids (21-242 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.3 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40 kDa). IL34 is expressed with an 9 amino acid His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
