Recombinant human IL34 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 260 amino acids (21-242 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.6 kDa. IL34 is fused to a 38 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: The IL34 solution (1mg/1ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4 M Urea.
