Recombinant human Interleukin-32 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-131 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.1 kDa. The IL-32 is fused to a 37 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by conventional chromatography.
