Recombinant human Interleukin-17D (18-202) produced in
E. coli is a non-glycosylated disulfide-linked homodimer containing 2 polypeptide chains of 185 amino acids each and having a molecular mass of 40 kDa. The IL-17D is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Interleukin 17D, Interleukin 27, IL-17D, IL-27, IL27, Interleukin-17D, Interleukin-27, IL17D.
Formulation: lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution in Acetonitrile and TFA.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Uniprot ACC number: Q8TAD2
Transportation method: Shipped at room temperature.
Stability: Lyophilized IL17D although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL-17D should be stored at +4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Biological Activity: I mMobilized rHuIL-17D binds to rHuIL-17BR with EC50 less than 2 µg/ml.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL-17D in sterile 18MΩ-cm H
2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
