Recombinant human IL13RA1 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 328 amino acids (22-343 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.7 kDa (Migrates at 40-57 kDa on SDS–PAGE under reducing conditions). IL13RA1 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
