Recombinant human IL10RA Human produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (22-235 aa) and having a molecular mass of 25.2 kDa. IL10RA is fused to a 6 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to inhibit proliferation using MC/9 mouse mast cells. ED50 for this effect is ≤ 300 ng/ml with Human IL-10.
