Recombinant human IL10RA produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (22-235 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.2 kDa (Migrates at 28-40 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IL10RA is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
