Recombinant human IL1A produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 197 amino acids (113-271 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.4 kDa. IL1A is fused to a 38 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
