Recombinant human IFNA7 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 175 amino acids (24-189) and having a molecular mass of 20.7 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28 kDa). IFNA7 is fused to a 9 amino acid IgG His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
