Recombinant human IFNGR1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 234 amino acids (18-245 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.6 kDa (Migrates at 28-40 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IFNGR1 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
