E. coli is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 187 amino acids (39-202) and having a molecular mass of 19.7 kDa. TNFRSF14 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
