Recombinant human HGF produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 255 amino acids (32-285 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.8 kDa. HGF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Scatter Factor (SF), Hepatopoietin (HPTA), HGF, HGFB, F-TCF, DFNB39.
Formulation: HGF protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4 M Urea.
Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Purity: Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
