Recombinant human HGF-B produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 234 amino acids fragment (495-728) having a molecular weight of 34 kDa and fused with a 4.5 kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The HGF-B is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
