Recombinant human LGALS14 fused with a 23 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 162 amino acids (1-139 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.5 kDa. The LGALS14 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
