Recombinant human FGF23 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 236 amino acids (25-251 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.4 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 13.5-18 kDa). FGF23 is expressed with an 9 amino acid His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
