E. coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 162 amino acids fragment (33-173) and having a total molecular mass of 18 kDa. C9orf10 is fused to 20 amino acids His-Tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
