Recombinant human APOE3 (19-317) produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 306 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 35.2 kDa. The APOE is fused to a Met and a 6 amino acid His-Tag [M-HHHHHH] at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
