Recombinant human APOA1 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 264 amino acids (25-267 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30.3 kDa. APOA1 is fused to 20 a.a.. His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: The APOA1 solution containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.
