Recombinant human ANGPTL3 produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a.a. 17-460) containing a total of 450 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 52.6 kDa (calculated) and fused to a 6 aa His-Tag at C-Terminus. The Human ANGPTL3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
