E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 93 amino acids (22-98 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 10.4 kDa.MIP3b is fused to a 16 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
