CXCL14 Human Recombinant produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 77 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 9.4 kDa. The CXCL14 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Biological Activity: The ED50 of CXCL14 as determined by its ability to induce calcium flux of prostaglandin E2 treated THP1 human acute monocytic leukemia cells was 1.0-10.0 ng/ml.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CXCL14 in sterile 18M-cm H
2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
