E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 43 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 4.9 kDa. The Thymosin b4 Human is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered concentrated solution in 1xPBS, pH 7.4.

Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Thymosin B4 in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
