INHBC produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 139 amino acids (237-352) and having a molecular mass of 14.9 kDa. INHBC is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: Inhibin Beta C, Actv Beta-C Chain, IHBC, Inhibin Beta C Chain.
Formulation: The INHBC solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Purity: Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
