Inhibin-Alpha A chain produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 134 amino acids fragment (233-366) and having an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag, having a total molecular weight of 19.2 kDa. The Inhibin-Alpha A chain is purified by standard chromatographic techniques.
