EDN2 produced in
E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 177 amino acids (25-178 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.9 kDa. EDN2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.

Formulation: EDN2 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M urea and 10% glycerol.
