Recombinant human CD80 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (37-246 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7 kDa (Migrates at 28-40 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CD80 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
