Recombinant human MS4A1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 97 amino acids (210-297 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 11.1 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28 kDa). MS4A1 is fused with a 9 amino acids His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
