Recombinant human CD79A produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 119 amino acids (33-143 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 13.6 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28 kDa). CD79A is expressed with a 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
