Recombinant human CD55 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain (35-353 a. a.) and fused to a 9 a. a. His-Tag at C-terminus containing a total of 328 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 36 kDa. CD55 shows multiple bands between 40-57 kDa on SDS-PAGE reducing conditions and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
