Recombinant human CD3G produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 103 amino acids (23-116 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 11.8 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 13.5-18 kDa). CD3G is expressed with a 6 amino acids His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
