Recombinant human CD3D produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain (22-105 a. a.) and fused to a 239 aa hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus containing a total of 323 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 36.5 kDa. CD3D shows multiple bands between 40-57 kDa on SDS-PAGE reducing conditions and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
