Recombinant human CD34 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 268 amino acids (32-290 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.6 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57 kDa). CD34 is fused with a 6 amino acids His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
