Recombinant human CD27 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 413 amino acids (21-191 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 46.4 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-57 kDa). CD27 is fused with a 239 amino acids hIgG-His-Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
