Recombinant human CD200 produced in
E. coli is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 225 amino acids (31-232 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.8 kDa. CD200 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
