Recombinant human CD1E produced in
E. coli is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 297 amino acids (32-305 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 33.1 kDa. CD1E is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: CD1A, R2, T-cell surface glycoprotein CD1e, membrane-associated, R2G1, sCD1e.
Formulation: CD1E protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
