Recombinant human CD14 produced in
E. coli is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 353 amino acids (20-349 a. a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.9 kDa. CD14is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: CD14 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 30% glycerol 0.15M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
